 What are the acceptable refund situations? 

 Packaging and hang tags are intact, only try on the clothes is acceptable to be refunded. There are obvious signs of wear, stains, tag packaging damage, affect the secondary sale of the garment will be refused a refund.

*Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. (Except for quality reasons)


How many days of return period Corbona accepts?

We have a return of goods within 5 days policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.


How to refund my order and how long will it take to receive my refund?

1.If my order has not been shipped.

Please directly contact: and provide your order number, we will refund your order in 24 hours.

2.If I have received my package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

After passing the return audit (which usually takes 1-2 days), you can send your package to the address below. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.We will refund your order in full within 1-3 business days after confirmation that the return order has been received, and you will received it in 3-7 business days.

Who is responsible for the return costs?

In the case of returns due to wrong shipment, or product quality issues, Corbona will be responsible for the return and exchange costs.

Returns due to non-quality issues will need to be covered by the customer to return the goods.
